LEADERSHIP / A CLUB BUILT FROM ZERO

More than
a lineup.

I founded and led the HFI Baseball Club, turning a shared interest into a structured student organization.

A club needs
more than players.

Starting the club meant building the team and the conditions around it: recruitment, equipment, communication, and a clear way to operate.

01

Bring people together

I built the core team and planned recruitment.

02

Make practice possible

I purchased equipment and organized regular training.

03

Give the club a voice

I launched the club’s official WeChat account.

04

Keep it structured

I designed the operating system and organized viewing parties and friendly matches.

Make room for others to join.

For me, the work was not finished when the club became official. Regular training, viewing parties, and friendly matches gave people reasons to keep coming back.

We took part in the Guangdong International High School Baseball League. I also helped co-organize the 2026 Diplomat Baseball Tournament.

a team is something we keep building.
